#Order Delivery Time
Air mail normally takes 10-25 days for shipping.However,the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas and transport peaks.If this case happen,we hope you can understand because air mail is not guranteed on delivery speed.
We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents,delays or other matters result from shippping carriers or force majeure reasons.
If the shippping address is a remote area for DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex,the additional remote service fee shall be paid by buyer.We will notify you before shipment if the remote service fee cause.

#About Customs Tax
In order to lessen buyer’s import tax or even exempt buyer from import tax,we shall declare the item with much less value than the actuall price paid for the item.If necessary,we will contact you to confirm the declare value.
The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by customer or the market price about the item,and perhaps shall not be suitable for those coutries with different special tariff standard.We shall not take the responsibility if customs tax happen.

#Order Cancellation or Changes
An order may be cancelled or changed whilst in the pending status. In some instances it may be cancelled whilst it is in the processing status. An order cannot be cancelled when the goods have left the warehouse. Should you wish to cancel an order that has left the warehouse please contact us! We will charge you for postal costs to and from our warehouse but we do not charge a re-stocking fee.
