Shipping Policy

#1 Order Processing
All items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment(except holidays). If the order can’t be sent within 5 business days, we will notify you, in order to make further solutions with you.
All items are professionally packeted with great care to ensure safe delivery, discreet package protects your privacy.

#2 Order Tracking

If you want to customize a fast shipping service, please contact us after you place the order, need to make up the freight difference.
You will be notified of the tracking number after your package has been shipped out.

#3 Order Delivery Time
Airmail normally takes 7-14 business days for shipping. However, the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas and transport peaks. If this case happens, we hope you can understand because airmail is not guaranteed on delivery speed.
We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.
-For customers in USA, Canada, United Kingdom,Korea, Japan, Singapore, it takes about 7-14 business days.
-For customers in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 8-16 business days.
-For customers in South America,Africa, it may take 12-22 business days.
-For other countries, it may take 10-18 business days.

#4 About Customs Tax
In order to lessen the buyer’s import tax or even exempt the buyer from import tax, we shall declare the item with much less value than the actual price paid for the item. If necessary, we will contact you to confirm the declared value.
The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by the customer or the market price of the item, and perhaps shall not be suitable for those countries with different special tariff standard. We shall not take responsibility if customs tax happen.

#5 Order Cancellation or Changes
An order may be cancelled or changed whilst in the pending status. In some instances, it may be cancelled whilst it is in the processing status. An order cannot be cancelled when the goods have left the warehouse. Should you wish to cancel an order that has left the warehouse please contact us! We will charge you for postal costs to and from our warehouse but we do not charge a re-stocking fee.
