#Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
#1 Return Procedure
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the items you would like to return and the reason(May be asked to provide photos or videos of product problems).
2. After receiving return instructions from us, you should return the products to us in the original condition, with any original packaging, accessories, and manuals(except the defective items).
3. Drop off your package at the local post office,(Return with your own shipping method and at your own cost, we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
4. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. The refund amount will be returned in the original payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
#2 Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
5. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SMTASTE products .

Under below cases, you will get partial refund
-Bought Wrong Items or not like (Within 7 business days of receipt goods)
-Items more than 30 days after delivery date,but still under warranty
-Sale items,Gift Card (Within 10 business days of receipt goods)
Under below cases, you will get $0 refund
-Can not find consignee
-Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not done it in time.
-Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
#3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
#4 Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
